Itchy Eyes? See if this Helps
Low grade ocular allergy that is limited to only the eyes is quite common in New England. Conservative therapeutic remedies like preservative free artificial tears and cold compress can be used for daily maintenance.
However, please don't endure secretly, reaching out for professional eye care sooner rather than later is best, especially when symptoms had proven to be persistent. The problem may be multi-factorial which could be managed better by eye professional.
20-20-20 Rule
Screen time is inevitable this day and age, and so is eye strain. To help minimize eye strain, try setting a timer to remind you to look away from your screen every 20 minutes at an image that is about 20 feet away for 20 seconds. At times, eye strain can feel very severe and debilitating, however it will likely not cause permanent damage to your vision. Most symptoms should subside after some artificial tears (over the counter at your local drug store) and a good night sleep.
